4. In the ink industry, it is used as a w/o emulsifier for inks, pigments, and latex paints to enhance color brightness and improve fluidity. Adding 3~5% of this product to the coupling solution of pigment lakes significantly improves the fluidity of the finished pigment and enhances color brightness and gloss. As an emulsifier in ink manufacturing, adding this product during the preparation of pigment-based inks facilitates rapid emulsification, kneading, and rolling, improving the gloss and lubricating fluidity of the finished ink. The general dosage is 2~6%. |
